Rachel Kramer, NCTM, holds Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance and Master's of Arts Degree in piano performance from Eastern Illinois University and a Master in Music in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from The University of Michigan.

From 1990-1996, Rachel served as the Manager of Education Programs for Baldwin Piano & Organ Co. She is the Director of Member Development for the Music Teachers National Association where she has worked since 1998. From 2009-2014, she was an adjunct faculty member at Wilmington College where she taught class piano and accompanied two choirs.
30+ years experience accompanying choirs and playing for churches.
With three degrees in piano performance, Rachel has performed extensively as soloist and collaborator. For the last 20 years she has served as accompanist and associate director of music for MUSE, Cincinnati's Women's Choir and St. John's Unitarian Universalist Church. In addition she has accompanied the Martin Luther King, Jr. Coalition Chorale and the Wilmington College Chorale. She has recorded CD's and been the guest accompanist for various festivals and workshops.
Leadership
In addition to performing, Rachel is the President of Music Learning Center, Inc. and the President and Co-Founder of Cincinnati Center for Adult Music Study, Inc. Her focus on teaching has been in groups and the belief that "every life needs music!".
